Weekly Status Reports

My goal is to lose 100 pounds. Every week I post a status report so you can see how I am doing on this weight loss adventure. Here are my status reports so far:

  1. Week 1 status report – I lost 9 pounds in one week
  2. Week 2 status report – I lost 4 pounds in one week. 13 pounds down, 87 more to go!
  3. Week 3 status report – I lost 4.5 more pounds this week, for a total of 17.5 pounds gone.
  4. Week 4 status report – I lost 2.8 pounds, for a total of 20.4 pounds in 4 weeks.
  5. Week 5 status report – I lost 1.8 pounds, for a total of 22.2 pounds in 5 weeks.
  6. Week 6 status report – I lost 3.3 pounds (while on vacation!), for a total of 25.5 pounds in 6 weeks.
  7. Week 7+8 status report – I lost 4.8 pounds in 2 weeks, for a total of 30.3 pounds lost in 8 weeks.
