In my week 3 status report, I lost 4.5 more pounds!

Here in my week 3 status report I lost 4.4 more pounds, for a total of 17.5 pounds in 3 weeks – it feels great!

One thing I talk about this week is motivation, and the things that have kept me motivated for 3 weeks straight. I also talk about the little wins in week 3, like… I wore jeans for the first time in a year! Want to join me? Here is the plan:

In my week 2 status report, I lost 4 more pounds!

Here in my week 2 status report, I lost 4 more pounds! So I have lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks, and it feels really good!

One thing discussed in this video is weight “bubbles”, in particular, one day where I gained more than a pound on the scale for no reason. These bubbles can be discouraging, especially if they last for several days, but if you can get into the habit of ignoring them and staying on track, everything works out if you are running a consistent calorie deficit.
